Affiliate Agreement

1. Enrollment

To become an affiliate, you must complete the application form. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Commissions

  • You will earn a commission for each qualifying sale made through your unique affiliate link.
  • Commission rates and structure are displayed within your affiliate dashboard and are subject to change with notice.
  • A sale is considered “qualifying” when a customer makes a purchase through your affiliate link and completes the transaction without a refund within 30 days.

3. Payments

  • Payouts are made mothly, via [PayPal/Bank Transfer].
  • A minimum payout threshold of $50 applies.
  • We are not responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must not:

  • Misrepresent our brand or products.
  • Use spam or misleading tactics to drive traffic.
  • Promote on coupon sites without approval.
  • Bid on our branded keywords in paid advertising (e.g., "iamstulittle" or related terms).

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination without notice and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

5. Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our brand assets strictly for promotion via the affiliate program. You may not modify any assets without written permission.

6. FTC Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose the use of affiliate links in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

Example: "As an affiliate, I may earn a small commission if you make a purchase using my link—at no extra cost to you."

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights granted to the Affiliate will be revoked, and no future commissions will be paid.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this program. Our maximum liability is limited to the total commissions earned and paid to you under this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program following changes constitutes acceptance.
