Returns

• Physical Products: You have 30 days to return a physical item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Digital/Downloadable Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable products are final and non-refundable. Please ensure the files are compatible with your software before purchasing.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at stu@iamstulittle.com

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your physical item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Please note that downloadable products (such as digital files, software, or online courses) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once downloaded, except in cases of defective files.
