Tribrew Cookies – A Love Letter to Coffee and Chocolate

I’ll be honest—this started out as a “what if” kind of idea. What if we could create a cookie that hit those same notes you get from the first sip of your morning coffee? That warmth, the slight bitterness, the comfort. Then we added chocolate chips… and suddenly it wasn’t just an idea. It was a full-blown obsession.

So we made them triangular—because why not? It’s a nod to the three main flavours we’re bringing together: bold roasted coffee, rich dark chocolate, and a buttery cookie base. Hence the name: "Tribrew Cookies"

The Flavour

If you’re a coffee drinker, you’ll get it straight away. These cookies are infused with a proper coffee flavour—not just a hint, but a deep roast profile that comes through even when paired with chocolate chips. And those chips? Semi-sweet with just enough bitterness to complement the coffee without overpowering it.

Behind the Scenes

We used ChatGPT to build everything from the packaging to the product photography—one asset at a time. Each element was crafted to be photo-realistic, from falling chocolate chips and roasted coffee beans to that steam rising from a fresh mug beside the cookies. Every detail matters, and it’s all been built with Runway GEN4 in mind as they just launched an update that should make adding products into scenes a lot more stable.

Packaging That Feels Warm and Familiar

The packaging keeps it simple and earthy—light kraft brown with cream-coloured script and our little triangle icon front and centre. It’s designed to sit confidently beside your favourite coffee beans or next to the grinder in your kitchen. It looks good on a café counter too—because we tested that.

Where to Try Them

Tribrew Cookies are available in packs of 10, and each bag contains approx 198g of coffee-flavoured chocolate chip goodness. Perfect for pairing with an espresso or gifting to the coffee lover in your life. And if you're just here for the pictures, that’s fine too—this whole project has been as much about visual storytelling as it is about taste. Ok joking but if Foxes, or McVities wants to partner and make these for real than I am all in!

Anyway, enough from me. Grab a cup of coffee and imagine these cookies on the saucer. Or better yet—grab the cookies too.
